At Daisy International Nursery, we believe that friendship is one of the most important foundations for early childhood development. This week, the children celebrated the joy of friendship through play, creativity, and teamwork.
The day began outdoors with the children running up the hill and enjoying games together. Through these active moments, they learned to cooperate, share space, and encourage one another — all key parts of building strong social connections.
To deepen the theme of friendship, the children worked together on a special art project: creating a Friendship Tree. Each child added colorful handprints to represent the leaves, drew the stem, and helped fill in the design with bright colors. Finally, all of the leaves were placed together, forming one beautiful tree.
This collaborative activity symbolized how every child contributes something unique, and when combined, they create something even more meaningful. The Friendship Tree now stands as a reminder that growing, playing, and learning together is what makes our Daisy community so special.
At Daisy International Nursery, we celebrate not only academic milestones but also the social and emotional skills that help children flourish. Friendship truly is wonderful, and we are proud to see our children learning how to build and nurture it every day.
